A picture is worth a thousand words
See exactly what your users are talking about with Usabilla’s unique screenshot technology. Don’t waste time trying to understand the problem, see it directly.
When your users submit feedback, they have the option to submit a screenshot of a specific webpage element – the part of the site they want to give feedback on. Each feedback item comes paired with a full page screenshot as well as HTML & metadata so you can discover the source of any issue.
Your visitor hits your website’s feedback button to start the feedback process.
Specific or generic
We ask if they want to leave ‘Specific’ (single element, ie. a link or image) or ‘Generic’ feedback (on the whole webpage).
What's the difference?
If they choose Specific feedback, your visitor uses our intuitive element selector to choose the element they want to leave feedback on. If they choose Generic feedback, they will immediately go to the feedback form.
Next, the visitor is presented with the customisable feedback form where they leave a rating on our emotional rating scale & can describe their feedback in more detail.
Once complete, all of the data is sent to your Usabilla account. This feedback item includes: the specific screenshot & HTML of the element, a full page screenshot, their answers to the feedback form & detailed user metadata.
